About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead / Product Owner to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform across multiple business regions.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the Salesforce product roadmap, manage the product backlog and lead end-to-end delivery of CRM enhancements, integrations and releases.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Technical Leads, Release Train Engineers, Salesforce Administrators, Developers and Integration Teams to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable Salesforce solutions and delivered on time, within agreed quality standards.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining Salesforce product ownership, functional analysis, Agile delivery, DevOps and release management. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce experience, strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple teams, stakeholders and priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog, prioritising deliverables based on business value, customer requirements and technical dependencies.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery, from requirements gathering and planning through testing, approvals, deployment and production release.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Act as a Functional Analyst by conducting requirements workshops, analysing business processes, identifying gaps and recommending effective Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, including Product Management, Technical Leads, Developers, Administrators and Integration Teams.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, issues and blockers to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Manage changing business requirements, competing priorities and delivery trade-offs while maintaining focus on business value.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate business users, prepare test scenarios and oversee defect management through to resolution.
- Manage Salesforce deployments across multiple environments, including sandbox management, source control, CI/CD pipelines and release reporting.
- Maintain release documentation, approval records, audit evidence and governance processes.
- Work closely with development teams on Salesforce technical solutions involving Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers, Flows and batch processing.
- Support Salesforce data modelling, data quality, security, governance and platform performance initiatives.
- Manage integrations and component migrations involving Salesforce managed packages and third-party applications.
- Provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders and enterprise clients, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies and issues.
- Ensure releases meet quality, security, compliance and business acceptance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce delivery processes, DevOps practices and release management.
- Support the long-term scalability, reliability and continuous development of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of Salesforce CRM experience, including significant experience in delivery leadership, product ownership or senior functional roles.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, user stories and Agile delivery.
- Strong track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce releases and delivering projects on schedule with minimal production issues.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools, such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT or Flosum.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, Visual Studio Code and Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Experience with Salesforce managed packages and enterprise solutions, such as nCino, Vlocity, Salesforce CPQ, Conga or Apttus CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce data management tools, including Data Loader and Workbench.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, access controls, data quality and governance.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications and managing UAT.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing technical and business dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, product ownership and release governance.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation and project tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and make informed delivery decisions

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team and support a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation for a well-established UK business.
This is a client-side role offering the opportunity to take ownership of functional delivery, work closely with senior Finance stakeholders and collaborate with the project management team and external implementation partners.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), including multiple end-to-end implementations. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing functional solutions, supporting configuration decisions and ensuring the system meets the organisation's financial and operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client-side functional specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements and existing financial processes.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective D365 Finance functional solutions.
- Collaborate with external implementation partners, project managers and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Review and validate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Finance processes.
- Support functional design, system configuration decisions and process improvements.
- Provide functional expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management and financial reporting.
- Support data migration, data cleansing, reconciliation and validation activities.
- Prepare and execute functional test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with defect resolution.
- Work with internal Finance teams to ensure business readiness and successful adoption of the new system.
- Support implementation activities, including system testing, cutover planning, go-live and post-implementation hypercare.
- Develop internal D365 Finance knowledge, documentation and processes to reduce dependency on external consultants.
- Provide regular progress updates and report functional risks, issues and dependencies to project management and senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 Finance implementations.
